Terms of Service

1. Overview

ezmedtrip is a subscription-based NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) dispatch and operations platform. It is operated by IntelisTech. These Terms apply to all users, administrators, and drivers who access the platform.

2. Use of Service

You may use ezmedtrip solely for lawful business purposes related to transportation management. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in any way that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ezmedtrip.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

ezmedtrip is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin billing automatically.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your IntelisTech dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until that date.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@ezmedtrip.com within 14 days of the charge.

7. SMS & Communications

ezmedtrip may send SMS messages to phone numbers you provide, including trip confirmations, driver assignments, and operational notifications. These messages are delivered through third-party providers such as Twilio. You are responsible for ensuring that phone numbers entered in the system are accurate and that the recipients have consented to receive SMS communications. Standard message and data rates may apply.

8. Third-Party Services

ezmedtrip relies on third-party service providers to operate, including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS communications), and Supabase (data infrastructure). By using ezmedtrip, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. IntelisTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed rides, scheduling errors, driver assignment failures, or any loss of business or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Data

Your use of ezmedtrip is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ezmedtrip after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
